I'm afraid you will have to reconstruct the email by hand as we have just about
had it to the back teeth with the spammers and their crawlers ripping out our
emails from our site and then flooding us with junk! The first bit of the email
is listed in the table below, just add our domain name; so for example the first
in the list would be dummy@lunesdale.org (which is only an example and doesn't
exist, so please don't try to send mail there - it will be deleted!).

The club hires Heysham High School's swimming pool (click
here for streetmap or here for pinpointers map) for training and swimming every Monday night, except bank
holidays, between 9pm and 10pm. This sometimes adjourns to an informal meeting
at the Cumberland View Hotel, Morecambe from about 10pm; check at the pool first!.
Club members are also
social members of the Morecambe & Heysham Yacht club, which is open every Friday from 8:30pm.
